1st Stage

• Submit your Subcontractor Application online.

 

2nd Stage Interview Process:

• In person or telephone interview. 

 

3rd Stage Verification of Documentation

Documentation Requirements:

• Subcontractor Agreement

• W-9

• Certificate of Liability Insurance. In addition, to Premier Nests, LLC. named as a legal Additional Insured.

• Email documents to contact@premiernests.com or mail documentation to 12060 County Road 51, Cologne, MN 55322.

Other Requirements

• Any permits, certificates or licenses must be submitted with your application. 

• Subcontractor Agreement.

4th Stage Partnership

• A decision will be made by Administrators.

Premier Nests, LLC. will not offer a contract to any subcontractor who does not comply with all the required documents. Payment for work completed may be delayed if any documents have expired or if we don't receive the most updated information from your company.
